Refund Policy
We aim to provide a seamless learning experience, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the first 3 days of your class, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Conditions for Refund:
- The refund request must be made within 3 days of the start date of the course.
- No questions will be asked regarding the reason for your dissatisfaction with the initial 3 days of the class.
- Refund requests made after the initial 3 days will not be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for those 3 days.
- If you choose to continue with the course beyond the initial 3 days, you are obligated to complete the full fee of the course you have enrolled in.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact your admission counselor within the specified timeframe. Refunds for the first 3 days of class will be processed in full within 7-10 working days from the date of initiation of the refund request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
Minimum Admission Fee:
Please note that for courses requiring an initial admission fee, such as a minimum of 500, the refund will be based on the amount paid for those initial 3 days, excluding the admission fee.
