Digital Marketing Ads Mastery Course Terms and Conditions

Enrollment:
● Enrollment in the digital marketing course offered by PinTech Digital Pvt Ltd is
subject to availability and completion of the enrollment process, including
submission of the required information and payment of the course fee.
Course Fee Payment:
● Course Fee of 4500/- must be made in full at the time of enrollment to secure a
place in the course.
● Payment can be made through a dedicated payment portal, including credit/debit
card, bank transfer, or online payment gateway.
Refund Policy:
● Refunds are available for cancellations made within 5 days of enrollment, subject
to a 50% administration fee.
● Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pintechdigital.com.
● Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the refund request, using
the original method of payment.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified refund period.
Course Access and Materials:
● Upon enrollment, students will receive access to the digital marketing course
materials, including video lectures, assignments, and other paid tools.
● Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or
reproduced without prior permission from PinTech Digital Pvt Ltd.
Course Completion and Certificate:
● To receive a certificate of completion for the digital marketing course, students
must successfully complete all course requirements, including assignments, and
final assessments.
● Certificates will be issued electronically upon successful completion of the course
and will be emailed to the student’s registered email address within 10 days of
course completion.
Course Duration and Access:
● Course access will be provided for a period of 3 months from the date of
enrollment.
● Extensions to course access may be available upon request, subject to approval
and payment of an extension fee.
Student Conduct and Code of Ethics:
● Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful
manner throughout the duration of the course.
● Any instances of plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behaviour will result in
immediate termination of course access without refund.
Changes to Course Content or Schedule:
● PinTech Digital Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the course content,
schedule, or instructors as necessary to ensure the quality and relevance of the
course.
● Students will be notified in advance of any significant changes to the course.
Limitation of Liability:
● PinTech Digital Pvt Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from participation in the digital marketing course.
● The maximum liability of PinTech Digital Pvt Ltd is limited to the amount paid by
the student for the course.
